How To Replace The Delclynee Worn Slide Rail Wheel

Hi everyone!   If you find the lower platen of your Delclynee machine difficult to slide in and out, it’s likely due to a worn slide rail wheel.   In this video, I’ll show you how to replace it quickly.

Start by removing the cushion pad.   Use a Phillips screwdriver to remove the two Phillips-head screws, then slide the wheel assembly out while supporting the lower platen with your other hand.

You’ll need to remove the rubber end cap from the back of the machine, then take out the worn slide rail wheel.   As you can see, it’s already deformed and needs replacement.   Next, slide the new wheel into the track from the rear, reinstall the rubber end cap, align it with the screw holes, and tighten the screws.

That’s all there is to it.  the slide rail wheel replacement is complete!   Now the lower platen slides smoothly and locks securely again!
